Just bring comfortable workout clothes, training shoes (not running shoes if possible), a water bottle, and a small towel. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn! Don't worry if you don't have everything - we'll sort out any equipment needs during your first session.
Each personal training session is a full 60 minutes dedicated entirely to your workout and goals. This includes a proper warm-up, the main workout, cool-down, and time for any questions you might have about your training or nutrition.
